Reservation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY:

1. Check-in time: 11:00 A.M./Check-out time: 09:00 A.M.
NOTE: Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability of the tents
2. Production of Valid Passport/VISA is mandatory at the time of Check-in for Non-Resident Indians/Foreign Tourists.
3. Production of Valid Photo Identity Card is mandatory at the time of Check-in for Indian Nationals.
4. Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of making the reservation.

Children Policy:

1. Child below 05 Yrs. is complementary sharing with parents bed. .
2. Child equal or above 05 Yrs. & below 12 Yrs. is 60% of the adult cost sharing with parents' beds.
3. Child equal or above 05 Yrs. & below 12 Yrs. is 75% of the adult cost using extra bed.
4. Child equal or above 12 Yrs. will be chargeable as adult fare.  

Cancellation Policy for Individual reservation:

1. Cancellation before 60 days of the date of Arrival.
25% of the cost of total booked stay period.
2. Cancellation before 30-60 days of the date of Arrival.
40% of the cost of total booked stay period
3. Cancellation before 21-30 days of the date of Arrival
50% of the cost of total booked stay period
4. Cancellation before 07-21 days of the date of Arrival.
75% of the cost of total booked stay period
5. Cancellation within 07 days prior to the date of Arrival.
100% of the cost of total booked stay period.
6. No Show and Check-out prior to scheduled date of Departure.
100% of the cost of total booked stay period shall be charged. 
• Requests for cancellations and changes must be made by contacting Sand Pebbles Reservation Team during office hours: 8 A.M. – 8 P.M. Monday to Saturday. 
  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (Email/Whatsapp is acceptable). Cancellation charges will be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each apartment within a booking.
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable, if any.

PREPONEMENT / POSTPONEMENT

1. Additional 20% of the total tour cost shall be charged in the event of preponed / postponed or amendments subject to availability.
2. In case of cancellation of Tour, 35% of the total Tour cost shall be charged.
3. Any legal disputes subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdictions/arbitration only.
