CHILD’S POLICY
- Child below 05 Yrs. is complementary sharing with parents bed.
- Child equal or above 05 Yrs. & below 12 Yrs. is 60% of the adult cost sharing with parents’ beds.
- Child equal or above 05 Yrs. & below 12 Yrs. using extra bed is 75% of the adult cost.
- Child equal or above 12 Yrs. will be chargeable as adult fare.
- All disputes are subject to Bhubaneswar legal jurisdiction only .
RESERVATION POLICY
- Check-in time: 11:00 A.M./Check-out time: 09:00 A.M. NOTE: Early check in and late checkout will be subject to availability of the tents.
- Production of Valid Passport/VISA is mandatory at the time of Check-in for Non-Resident Indians/Foreign Tourists.
- Production of Valid Photo Identity Card is mandatory at the time of Check-in for Indian Nationals
- Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- .Requests for cancellations and changes must be made by contacting Sand Pebbles Reservation Team during
office hours: 8 A.M. – 8 P.M. Monday to Saturday. - All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (Email/Whatsapp is acceptable). Cancellation charges will
be applied in relation to the notice period between notification of cancellation and the date of stay at each
apartment within a booking - Transaction fees are non-refundable, if any.
PREPONEMENT / POSTPONEMENT
- Additional 20% of the total tour cost shall be charged in the event of preponed / postponed or amendments
subject to availability. - In case of cancellation of Tour, 35% of the total Tour cost shall be charged.
- Any legal disputes subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdictions/arbitration only.
